The article determines the user requirements for the scientific data sharing
platform using semistructured interviews, literature research, and expert
discussions. Based on Kano model to design questionnaire, and conducting Kano
attribute analysis, mixed category analysis, and BetterWorse coefficient
analysis on the questionnaire data, this paper obtains 7 essential requirements,
5 expected requirements, 6 charismatic requirements, and 3 indistinguishable
requirements, and calculates ASC values to determine the priority of each
requirement, proposes optimization strategies for the scientific data sharing
platform based on four types of needs, namely, targeting essential needs,
consolidating basic services, and creating worry free experiences; targeting
expected demands, optimizing key services and enhancing core competitiveness;
targeting charm demand, creating highlight services and increasing the
attractiveness of the platform; targeting diverse needs, reasonably selecting
services and appropriately investing resources.
