Based on the analysis of the development of spatial computing and its
educational empowerment role, this article elaborates on the theoretical model
of spatial computing empowering the construction of future learning centers from
five dimensions: subject, space, resources, services, and technology. It also
constructs a practical framework for spatial computing empowering the
construction of future learning centers from three levels: empowering
assistance, empowering execution, and empowering goals. Furthermore, it
elaborates on the corresponding empowerment scenarios of subject, space,
resources, services, and technology, namely, endowing virtual subjects with
multimodal expression and cross modal interaction capabilities, creating a
multifunctional virtual real fusion intelligent education and immersive
experience space, promoting the deep integration of multimodal teaching and
research resources and the intelligent interconnection, creating highly
immersive teaching and research scenes based on multimodal spatial interaction
services, relying on technological iteration and upgrading to provide more
possibilities for the construction of future learning
centers.
