This article is based on the perspective of the transformation of library field, and it depicts the scene of the intelligent transformation and upgrading of libraries in the field of data intelligence from the dimensions of resources, space and service. It also proposes corresponding implementation paths. Specifically, it promotes the resource interaction transfer from reallife situations to intelligent situations with virtual real integration by optimizing the resource interaction system. It builds the library into a diverse and inclusive intelligent agent space by coordinating core technologies overall planning. It consolidates the cluster of library service ecological elements through the development of intelligent tools, enhancing user activity, and building big data centers.

The article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of learning ability among college students in China. Based on the perspective of learning ability of college students, it proposes strategies for building future learning centers in university libraries, namely, building a smart learning environment and cultivating selfdirected learning ability; utilizing knowledge graph models to cultivate research thinking abilities; applying a scenariobased learning teaching model to achieve a close integration of theory and practice.

Based on grounded theory, this paper summarizes, analyzes and extracts interview data of elderly people in G village, and explores the causes of subjectivity dilemma in digital reading access for rural elderly people. Research has found that perceptual decline, limited attention and cognitive decline have limited the cognitive structure of rural elderly individuals, thereby limiting digital reading access; information blockage, social isolation and avoidance psychology form an "individual society" unfamiliar adaptation among rural elderly people, leading to avoidance of digital reading access; factor barriers, negative perceptions, and selfdefense lead to negative perceptions of "self technology" among rural elderly people, resulting in their refusal to access digital reading. Based on the relationships among the three, this paper constructs a model of the causes of the subjectivity dilemma in digital reading access for rural elderly people, and proposes solution paths of access dilemma from the three layers of "selffamilysociety".

The article explains the necessity of digital intelligence empowers the transformation of subject services in university libraries, summarizes the status and realistic dilemma of digital intelligence empowering subject services by conducting survey on 42 "Double First-Class" university libraries. Based on this, it proposes paths for digital intelligence empowers the transformation of subject services in university libraries: improving the institution system of smart subject services high-quality development， utilizing digital intelligence technology to enrich smart subject service scenarios， taking multiple measures to enhance the smart attainment of subject librarians, building smart subject service space that integrates virtual and real, and optimizes functions， building an opening and sharing, high quality and efficiency smart subject service platform.

The article starts with the reasons, forms, and characteristics of the conflict between user profile data acquisition and privacy protection in mobile libraries.It analyzes and puts that the balance between user profile data acquisition and privacy protection in mobile libraries must follow the principles of data transmission and user consent, security and anonymity, reasonable use and legitimacy, and equal service content and data provision. Based on legal, management and technical dimensions, it proposes balance strategies to achieve user profile data acquisition of mobile library and privacy protection, that is, to clarify and guarantee user information and control rights, reasonably determine user data management requirements, and introduce blockchain technology to ensure data circulation security.

Based on the theory of information ecology, this study constructs a research model on the influencing factors of AIGC application platform users' sustained use behavior from four dimensions: information person, information, information technology, and information environment. The model is validated through questionnaires data. The research results show that immersive experience, selfefficacy, and social influence significantly and positively affect the sustained use behavior of AIGC application platform users; information quality, task context, and relative advantages significantly influence the immersive experience of AIGC application platform users; the degree of anthropomorphism in technology significantly influence selfefficacy of users. Based on this, strategies of AIGC application platform development have been proposed to improve users experience, enhance the understanding and the transparency of algorithm technology of big language models, enhance platform social attributes and functions.

The article adopts network research and literature research methods, selects first grade public libraries in Beijing as the survey objects, sorts out the cooperation between public libraries and communities in carrying out visually impaired services from 3 aspects: cooperation form, target, content, summarizes 4 community cooperation models: coconstruction and sharing, mutual benefit and win-win, extended services and volunteer services, and puts the existing problems. And, it proposes strategies for public libraries and communities to cooperate in carrying out visually impaired services, namely increasing government guidance and support, improving the institutional standards for community participation in visually impaired services, strengthening the awareness of community cooperation in public libraries, and strengthening the co-construction and sharing of visually impaired resources.

The article uses questionnaire survey, literature review, and field investigation to research the current situation of homestay libraries from four aspects: infrastructure, activity development, brand marketing and institutional norms. The results show that there are problems in the construction of homestay libraries, such as unreasonable site selection and spatial design, insufficient supply of service resources, low participation of social forces, inadequate integration of brand and publicity, and inadequate institutional norms. The article is based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of digital literacy cultivation in Chinese university libraries， using the 5W model analysis method, proposes digital literacy cultivation paths for university libraries: integrating the advantages resources of digital literacy cultivation both internal and external entities, designing digital literacy cultivation content both hierarchy and functionality, creating an integrated online and offline digital literacy cultivation method, designing a digital literacy cultivation plan that can meet user needs, and establishing a closedloop management system for evaluating the effectiveness of digital literacy cultivation.

Based on a typical case of the " Chinese traditional book sharing activity " initiated by the National Library, this paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of public library book sharing activities from the aspects of book sharing purpose, book sharing subject, book sharing form, book sharing scope, and book sharing connotation.It also proposes optimization strategies for public library book sharing activities from six aspects: forming growth mechanisms, deepening cultural and tourism integration, promoting diversified linkage, empowering the four media, expanding audience groups, and promoting overseas cooperation.

The article analyzes the value of online communities applying in reading promotion in university libraries, constructs a reading promotion model for online communities in university libraries from four aspects: promotion subject, promotion content, promotion target, and promotion channel, and proposes specific practical paths, which is to introduce reader traffic and build a library reading community; carry out community reading and cultivate readers' community reading thinking; deepen community operations and promote the healthy development of community reading.

The article takes 15 university libraries in Tianjin as examples to analyze the status and problems of digital reading promotion using WeChat public platform, and puts forward the strategies of carrying out digital reading promotion based on WeChat public platform in university libraries, which is to optimize digital reading promotion processes, strengthen the construction of digital resources in university libraries, enrich the digital reading promotion service model of WeChat public platform, improve the service functions of WeChat public platform, strengthen the construction of talent team for digital reading promotion.

Based on the survey of current situation and problems in the digitization construction of ancient books in public libraries, using online survey, field interviews, and questionnaire surveys, the article demonstrates the feasibility of the digitization construction of ancient books in public libraries based on digital intelligence technology, and puts forward specific construction paths: relying on digital intelligence technology to highprecision collect paper ancient book information, and orderly and standardizing digital converting it; utilizing digital intelligence technology to structurally organize the contents of ancient book database, and deepen its service functions, improving the efficiency of digital organization of ancient books; developing ancient digital cultural and creative products based on digital intelligence technology, ancient digital cultural and tourism activities, and ancient book promotion channel matrix, and expand the audience range of ancient book digital promotion.

The article reviews relevant research on red literature, combines the current situation and shortcomings of digital construction of red literature, and proposes strategies for the organization and utilization of red literature from digital perspective, namely building a professional talent team to promote cross regional technological exchange; promote the coconstruction and sharing of red literature resource, and carry out targeted digitization construction of red literature; fully utilize the red literature database and integrate red digital resources; realize multisubject and multidisciplinary cooperation, and promote the digital construction of red literature; efforts will be made to rescue folk literature and expand the red literature resource library; activate red cultural resources by integrating cultural and tourism environments.

This article elaborates on the connotation and value of public libraries' ancient books cultural relics theme trail, analyses the feasibility of constructing public libraries' ancient books cultural relics theme trail based on research travel, strategies for constructing ancient books cultural relics theme trail driven by research travel is proposed: establishing an organic whole that integrates advantages with internal and external institutions, designing travel content that can meet the differentiated needs of users, creating added value for ancient books cultural relics theme trail, building a channel ecosystem with full scene coverage and full chain collaboration.

Based on a systematic review of the concept and framework of digital literacy, this article constructs a conceptual model with a digital literacy gyroscope structure for librarians and analyses its core elements and logical relationships based on the competency onion model and the librarian work field. In this model, the "tuoti" dimension maps the digital literacy of individual librarians, covering two major elements: latent digital psychological literacy and apparent digital skill literacy; "tuochang" dimension maps the digital capabilities of librarians in their work environment, covering two major elements: digital governance capabilities in internal library scenarios and digital service capabilities in external scenarios. Based on this, the development strategies of the digital literacy for librarians are put forward: cultivating psychological capital of librarians to improve digital psychological quality; cultivating application skills of librarians to improve digital skill quality; seizing the opportunity of digital transformation to develop the digital governance capabilities of librarians; focusing on digital service scenarios to enhance the digital service capabilities of librarians.

This paper adopts the methods of literature survey and network survey to investigate and analyze the current situation of student's health services in 42 Double FirstClass university libraries in China from the aspects of health column setting, health service items, health service space, cooperation between inside and outside schools. It puts problems with the overall planning of health services, insufficient promotion of reading therapy services, insufficient construction of decompression and healing space, and a shortage of health service talents. The optimization strategies for student health services in university libraries is proposed: actively taking action, coordinating and promoting the sustainable development of health services; consolidate cohesion and increase the promotion of health services; keeping up with the times and strengthening spatial construction of health service; internal training and external recruitment, and improving the talent team of health service.

The article is based on the interpretation of the connotation of digital upgrading in libraries under the background of emerging technology development.It analyzes the logic of user integration under the digital upgrading of libraries from three levels:users, libraries and value.It points out realistic dilemma that the accessibility of "digital" is low, the highlevel needs of users are difficult to meet, the coexistence of "use gap" and "ability gap" leads to users being unable to integrate, unwilling to integrate, and unable to integrate.Targeted governance strategies for user integration under digital upgrading in libraries are proposed, which are to strengthen effectiveness, enhance the accessibility of "digital", and enable users to integrate into the library; implement precise strategies to enhance user engagement and make them happy to integrate into the library; education guidance, collaborative creation, bridging the integration gap, and enabling users to be adept at integrating into the library.

This article conducts case study of individual reading therapy in the library of North China University of Science and Technology from 2009 to 2022, analyses its development context, the main psychological problems and distribution of college students, as well as the application characteristics of therapeutic books. It summarizes the development characteristics and laws of individual reading therapy, and proposes development suggestions for individual reading therapy in university libraries, namely enhancing academic sensitivity and enhancing research awareness of individual reading therapy; creating a good basic environment for individual reading therapy; constructing a reading therapy practice model with developmental reading therapy as the main approach and clinical reading therapy as a supplement; strengthening research on psychological issues and group attributes; establishing a reading therapy bibliography system that meeting the psychological needs of university students.

Guided by the life cycle theory, this article summarizes the content and logical framework of the digital construction of ancient books in public libraries, and proposes strategies for the digital construction of ancient books in public libraries: that is, in the frontend life cycle, comprehensively and systematically collecting digital resources of ancient books, standardizing the editing of digital resources of ancient books, and optimizing the management of ancient book digital resource cataloging based on metadata input; In the midrange lifecycle, utilizing thematic databases to properly store ancient book digital resources, creating semantic disclosure technology routes for ancient book digital resources, and recommending ancient book digital resources contextually based on user needs; In the end of the lifecycle, developing ancient digital cultural and creative products that can provide users with an immersive interactive experience, planning digital cultural and tourism activities that can promote the internalization and absorption of ancient cultural knowledge by users, and constructing a full media matrix for promoting ancient books in all scenarios.

The article adopts website research, literature review and case analysis methods to summarize and analyses the status and existing problems of the construction of special collection literature database in Chinese university libraries from three aspects: construction subject, collection resources and main functions. Based on this, strategies for the construction of special collection literature database in Chinese university libraries are proposed, which include improving the main construction capacity of special collection literature database and promoting resource integration and sharing of special collection literature; creating a content system of special collection literature database based on user needs, structurally manage content of special collection literature database, and expanding resource coverage of special collection literature database; enhancing service functions and establishing a valueadded service system of special collection literature database.

This paper adopts the grounded theory method, conducts interviews with 33 university teachers, and analyzes and explores the influencing factors of university teachers' information literacy. The research finds that individual characteristics, organizational environment, social context, informatization cognition, informatization emotion, and informatization willingness will have a positive impact on university teachers' information literacy. Based on this, promotion strategies of information literacy of university teachers are proposed: increase the policy supply and implement the toplevel design of information literacy cultivation; improve the digital infrastructure and create a highquality digital educational environment; perfect the cultivation system and build a diversified training mechanism; cultivate the teachers' subjective awareness and set up a correct digital technology concept.

The article uses online research methods and analyzes the practice of popularizing digital mentors abroad to enhance the digital literacy of the elderly. From the perspective of "who will teach how to teach", it reveals and summarizes the key elements and main models of popularizing digital mentors in the context of improving the digital literacy of the elderly. It also proposes the development strategies of popularizing digital mentors in China, which is to launch the digital mentor program and promote the participation of multiple subjects; establish a special development fund to ensure the operation of a series of activities; build a digital information platform to empower information resources; improve the publicity and promotion system, and create an atmosphere of public participation; regularly follow up to understand needs and optimize teaching support services.

This paper discusses the influence of the metaverse on the competency of ancient book restorers in public libraries, analyzes the elements of the competency of ancient book restorers from three aspects of ancient book information collection, ancient book data collation, and ancient book restoration promotion, and puts forward the development strategies of the competency of ancient book restorers in the metaverse vision, that is, relying on the big data perception function of the metaverse, shape the competency of finegrained recognition of ancient book information; utilizing the powerful computing power advantage of the metaverse to shape the competency of structuring and organizing ancient book data; by leveraging the hyper realistic simulation interaction function of the metaverse, we aim to shape the competency of promoting the restoration of ancient books in a threedimensional manner.

The article refers to the relevant standards and research results of library effectiveness evaluation, constructs an information literacy courses efficacy evaluation system that includes 4 primary indicators and 12 secondary indicators, and conducts empircal tests. Based on this, suggestions for the development of information literacy courses are proposed, which are to attach importance to information literacy courses and deepen curriculum reform; continuously carry out systematic evaluation of the effectiveness of information literacy courses; enhance the teaching ability of information literacy teachers and increase the level of information literacy courses.

The article is based on interactive perception, experiential immersion and ecological community characteristics of IoT scenarioized reading behavior in the metaverse, constructs and tests theoretical model of IoT scenarioized reading behavior of metaverse. The formation mechanism of IoT scenarioized reading behavior of metaverse is studied, and its differences from ordinary network digital reading behavior are analysed. Then this paper proposes promotion strategies for IoT scenarioized reading behavior of metaverse： establish a willingness guidance strategy for users to perceive cognition with spatial usefulness perception as the center, construct an information chance interaction triggering strategy with interactive experience immersion as the core, design a community reading leader training strategy based on the community ecological environment.

The article points out that algorithm governance is the core paradigm for achieving virtual real isomorphism in library governance from the perspective of value analysis, a dual leap in library governance tools and governance values, and a leapfrog transformation in library governance mechanisms. Based on the three dimensions of relationship mechanism, development process and essential meaning, this paper analyzes the connotation of library algorithm governance, explores the practical mechanism of library algorithm governance including code rule management, algorithm decision control and algorithm risk regulation, and proposes corresponding guarantee mechanisms, namely building platform based organization, regulating the rights and responsibilities of algorithm participation in governance, and balancing the relationship between data utilization and rights protection.

The article analyzes the types and characteristics attributes of academic relationships in institutional knowledge base entities, constructs a method and specific operation process for discovering academic relationships in institutional knowledge base entities based on association data, and conducts empirical tests using institutional knowledge base data from Hohai University.The results show that using this method can achieve semantic aggregation and association of institutional knowledge base resources, provide knowledge retrieval services based on association data, and accurately meet user knowledge needs.

Using the literature research method, this paper cardings and analyzes the open science monitoring practices abroad of UNESCO, European Commission, Finland and France, and summarizes experiences from four aspects: policies, subjects, platforms and indicators.
