In terms of function, the main performance are as follows: stimulate the demand of summer reading, train readers to enjoy reading, avoid the gap of summer learning ability, and attach importance to the allround development of human beings. In terms of positioning, American public library is a cooperator, advocate, planner, implementer and evaluator of summer reading program. In the top design, cooperation channels, project evaluation, service positioning and other aspects, it has important reference significance for the promotion of summer reading in China.
