This paper refers to the SOR theory, from the perspective of internal stimulus, external stimulus and users' endogenous change, constructs a research model of influencing factors of users' information echo behavior. Based on this model, a questionnaire is designed, and the research model of influencing factors of user's information echo behavior is verified by empirical research. The results show that compared with rational cognitive factors, users' emotional cognitive factors have a more significant impact on users' information echo behavior, while users' internal motivation and external stimulus indirectly affect users' information echo behavior through changes in users' cognition. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions on cracking users' echo behavior.

By combing related literatures, this paper proposes a theoretical model and related hypotheses of university library service innovation based on makerspace, and constructs a structural equation model of university library service innovation based on makerspace and empirically studies it. The results show that service innovation driving factor and the makerspace have a significant positive impact on the library service innovation performance, and the makerspace plays a mediating role between the service innovation driver and the innovation performance. On this basis, the paths to improve the performance of library service innovation are put forward.

This paper regards library consortia as a conscious selforganization, and divides its governance mechanism into agglomeration mechanism, feedback mechanism, collaborative integration mechanism, trust mechanism and competition mechanism. The mechanism of action, the relationship of these mechanisms and the macroscopic order parameter formed on this basis are described respectively. It helps promote the continuous development and evolution of library consortia if it grasps the order parameter of these basic selforganization mechanisms.

The development of library services should conform to the development of social environment. Under the digital environment, users' knowledge acquisition habits, access channels and utilization methods have changed greatly compared with traditional methods. Libraries should base on existing knowledge resources and further expand the knowledgebased community service forinter action, collaborative recommendation and social reading. Guided by the core value of knowledge sharing, we will promote the steady construction and effective development of the library knowledge community.

Through analysis of block chain technology and its application in the library field, this paper proposes the overall framework for the construction of university library resources based on the block chain. The framework is composed of the private chain of user behavior, the public chain of resource coconstruction and sharing, and the digital information distribution module. A new ecology of library resource procurement and recommendation based on the private chain of user behavior is proposed. The distributed architecture, incentive mechanism and consensus mechanism of the public chain are used to improve users' enthusiasm to participate in coconstruction and sharing of library resources, improve the quality of resources, guarantee the copyright of resources, and promote the integrated management of paper and electronic resources. Based on the digital information distribution module realizing the information interaction between users and block chains, so as to ensure the integrity of user behavior data collection.
