This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of cultural and creative products in domestic public libraries, and points out that at present, there are remarkable achievements in the development of library cultural and creative alliance, the provincial and municipal libraries are rich in cultural and creative products, and the development modes of cultural and creative products are diverse. However, there are also some difficulties, such as lack of cultural and creative policy support, small scale and unbalanced development of product development, development and design ability to be improved, marketing channels to be expanded, and the existence of intellectual property risk in product development. This paper puts forward the development strategies of library cultural and creative products, such as strengthening policy guidance, adopting flexible cultural and creative product development mode, improving product development ability, expanding product marketing channels, and paying attention to intellectual property protection, so as to provide reference for deepening the development of cultural and creative products in public libraries.
